Burglary at former prince Paras Shah’s residence

A burglary has taken place at the residence of former prince Paras Shah.

Police have also arrested one person on the charge of theft. The theft took place at Shah's rented residence at Bulaundi in Lakeside, Pokhara.

Shiva Gautam has been identified as the arrested. He was arrested from Mitranagar in Kathmandu. He is a person who works at the Shah's residence.

A camera, two iPads, two binoculars and a Nokia set were reported stolen from Shah's residence. It has been revealed that Gautam stole goods from Pokhara and brought them to Kathmandu. A team deployed from Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Complex 26 had arrested him from New Rapti Guest House at Mitranagar, Kathmandu.

According to police, Gautam returned the stolen goods to the former prince.
